Residential Spa Service Agreement

The Service Department hours are M-F 8am-4pm. On-call Saturdays are 9am-2pm (May thru Sept).

JOHNSON POOL & SPA’S RESPONSIBILITIES

  • We will provide spa service on a weekly basis, except the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas. There is no credit given for these two weeks. If the service day falls on another holiday, we will perform service that morning, the previous day, or the following day. If the service day falls on a rainy day, we will perform as many tasks as possible and also check all electrical connections.

  • We will test and balance the water chemistry. All spa chemicals are sold separately.

  • We will empty all bags, screens, and baskets on a weekly basis or as needed.

  • We will track the filter pressure and backwash the filter when needed.

  • We will clean the spa filter monthly. 

  • We will spa vac debris from spa weekly.

  • We will provide the cleaning accessories for the spa. Parts, chemicals, or materials under $80 will be provided without notification unless other arrangements are made. Every 4 months, we will perform a spa drain and clean at an extra charge of $175 unless other arrangements are made. Spa drains may need to be performed more frequently, depending on spa use and other environmental
    conditions. We recommend having 2 sets of filters on hand to prevent more frequent spa drains.

  • Our Repair service call fee and hourly rate for repair is $145.

​OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Please keep spa water level at middle of skimmer. When adding water, we suggest setting an egg timer as a reminder to turn it off.

  • Please keep vegetation trimmed away from spa and spa equipment.

  • Repair or replace broken or damaged spa equipment.

  • Billing will occur at the end of the month and is past due after 30 days. A $15 late fee will be applied to invoices past due.

  • Cancellation of this service agreement must be made in writing and can be effective immediately. —
